Happy Birthday Otter

Otters are hard to draw :B

Part two of my gifts for my little borthers. Happy Birthday you two! NOW I can do giftart, lol.

So, brother number two LOVES otters beyond belief, so I just had to draw an otter. I had a really hard time finding a good reference, and didn't get a foot ref at all, so they look horribly mangled. D: Again, done with one layer. I useed my own grass and bubble brushes.
